He called on both provinces to take the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia this year as an opportunity to step up industrial cooperation, expand trade and investment, and deepen people-to-people exchanges. Mr. Muhamad Masrofi, Head of Bureau of Government, Autonomy Regional and Cooperation of Central Java Provincial Government, expressed appreciation to Fujian for its assistance in the fight against COVID-19 and the opportunity of sharing experience of epidemic control and economic reopening, and looked forward to closer collaboration in the future.

Officials from Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce and its counterpart in Central Java shared insights on how to expand two-way trade and investment and cooperation in the development of infrastructure, the marine sector and industrial parks.
